For the past few months Jacob had the plan of crafting his own sword. I was skeptical, since we are not metal workers. He persisted and got his Grandpa, who happened to have a piece of aluminum on hand, on board with the idea. They went into Grandpa's workshop and came out with a pretty nice weapon!
"Bless the LORD, o my soul, And forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies..." Psalm 103:2-4

Hi Andrea, - what an awesome time for Jacob and his grandpa - I love the pictures. I do remember you from church and was so surpirsed to see your comment this morning. I do pray the Lord will cross our paths in person again soon. My email is mferrell@wi.rr.com and I would love to keep in contact with you. Say hello to your family from the Ferrell's :)
